I had an exceptional stay at this hotel that exceeded all my high expectations. From the moment we arrived for our late check-in, we were impressed by the seamless self-check-in process. the room was not only clean and tidy but also beautifully decorated with a cozy sitting area that made us feel right at home. the electric kettle and tea and coffee facilities were a thoughtful touch that added to our comfort. I was pleasantly surprised to find free toiletries available, and the ironing facilities came in handy for refreshing our clothes. the flat-screen TV and parquet floor added a touch of luxury to the room, making our stay truly enjoyable. the convenient location near several dining options such as Village Coffee Shop, Westview Restaurant, and Delicious Chinese made our dining choices easy. Overall, the exceptional service and attention to detail at this hotel truly impressed me, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch accommodation experience.
